The team contacted the offices under Student Affairs to better understand their data handles. The team identified useful Key Performance Indicators for each office and made essential data collection and storage suggestions. The team explored retention trends at 黑料社 over the last decade and a half, making forecasts for retention rates and the reasons for attrition.
